The subscription fee is ₹30 per month. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the monthly subscription fee
• Provide accurate contact information
• Maintain an active WhatsApp account
• Comply with WhatsApp's terms of service

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account
• Ensuring their phone number is active and accessible
• Using the service for personal, educational purposes only
• Not sharing or redistributing the content without permission

4. Content and Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, CrakitUp does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. Users should verify information from official sources.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through Cashfree payment gateway
• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Users can cancel their subscription at any time

6. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time by typing "STOP" in the WhatsApp chat. Refunds for unused portions of the subscription period may be provided as per our refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

CrakitUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through CrakitUp, including but not limited to questions, articles, and study materials, is the property of CrakitUp or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

We collect and use personal information (name, phone number) only to provide our services. We do not share user data with third parties except as required for payment processing.
