Refunds and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

CrakitUp offers refunds under the following circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues preventing access to our services for more than 5 days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
• Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally make duplicate payments, we will refund the duplicate charge within 7-10 business days.
• Service Not Delivered: If you do not receive any content within 48 hours of successful payment, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after receiving services
• Dissatisfaction with content quality (subjective)
• User's phone number becomes inactive
• User's WhatsApp account is banned or deactivated
• Partial month usage - no prorated refunds for early cancellation

3. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Typing "STOP" in the WhatsApp chat
• Contacting customer support

Upon cancellation:

• Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• You can restart your subscription at any time

2. Provide your phone number, payment transaction ID, and reason for refund
3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

5. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds are initiated within 2-3 business days
• Bank processing may take an additional 5-7 business days
• Total time: 7-10 business days from approval
• Users will be notified via WhatsApp once the refund is processed

6. Payment Gateway Charges

Please note that payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable. The refund amount may be adjusted to account for processing fees.

If you notice an unauthorized charge:
